JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar Adults Only All Inclusive

This was our third stay, and once again we were so grateful to have Rohan as our butler. His service was outstanding, he anticipated everything we needed and made our stay effortless. The entire staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, and the level of service throughout the resort was consistently excellent. A special thank you to Andre, the bartender, who always kept our drinks fresh and delicious. We truly felt cared for from beginning to end.

Overall we had a great stay with few areas of improvements . First , Butler service is great and Owen is incredible . He was amazing at his service and taking care of us. Property is great however the service at restaurants can be better. There were many times when servers in the restaurants didn’t even come to take our drink orders. This was our third time at this resort and they used to have better entertainment shows however something changed and now it’s not that great. We recommend you look at training your servers better and bring back the OG entertainment shows.

The location is absolutely stunning — the beach is beautiful, and the surrounding area is peaceful yet vibrant. The Jamaican restaurant was a culinary highlight: the fried escovitch fish was phenomenal, and both the grilled and curry lobster were cooked to perfection. Service: Customer service overall was strong. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. A special shoutout to our Butler Owen, whose warm spirit and hospitality stood out. His partner Gary was equally wonderful. Our daytime butler Kadeen was the sweetest and went above and beyond to make our stay special — we wish her a safe and healthy delivery for her baby boy due in October. Areas for Improvement: • The Iberostar app was unreliable and not accurate, which made planning and requests more frustrating. • Room service and pool service were inconsistent. I even received undercooked chicken wings, which was a real disappointment. • The overall aesthetic of the resort feels outdated. With some contemporary upgrades, this place could truly become a top-tier destination. Final Thoughts: While the resort has room for improvement in technology, dining consistency, and facility updates, the staff’s hospitality and the beauty of the location made our trip memorable. With some modern touches, JOIA Rose Hall Iberostar could easily become a must-visit in Jamaica.
