This hotel has a resort style so there was plenty of space and accommodation. The room had a great view of the mountainside and (Fansipan) trolley. Surprised with an upgrade upon arrival since our room we booked was not available; however, it was better than expected - very quiet and comfortable. The staff was professional and helpful. The restaurant food was good also! It's a bit of a walk from the city centre, but a great place to stay when visiting Sapa.

There's no way this is a 4 stars hotel, hardly 3. The pool over looking the mountains, is the high light of the hotel been broken for months and no body is working on it, so I doubt it will be available for a while. Nothing on the hotel site says the pool is out of order. EVERY PIC OF THE HOTEL GOT THE POOL.. ITS BROKEN AND DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE. take it off, say something about it in your site. This is very misleading. After arrival we found out about the room, and that our room has no AC. How could a 4 stars hotel got rooms without AC. And shower without a curtain? Check out the balcony.. this is in no form or shape a 4 stars, no way. So much fixing and cleaning needs to be done to be good 3 stars.
