The hotel is beautiful and the facilities are impressive, but the service was extremely disappointing. On the very day I checked in, I witnessed four guests — most of them tourists — arguing and clearly unhappy with the service. It reached a point where I personally tried to calm one of them down just for the sake of my country’s reputation. At check-out, I noticed several other guests also upset and dissatisfied. The staff were unprofessional and the customer service was shockingly poor. With better service and trained staff, this place could truly live up to its potential
