Jungle Lodge Resort

We had a lovely stay at the Jungle resorts. The property is peaceful and spacious with lots of viewing decks to enjoy the pine forests and fresh mountain air. The dining hall is spacious and food is freshly prepared. It is also kid friendly as there are gaming areas. Head there for a peaceful stay on the calm hillside

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jungle Resort, Kasauli. The property is nestled in the midst of nature, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, blending comfort with a rustic charm that fits the surroundings perfectly. The food was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and served with great care. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was well-prepared and satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone at the resort was courteous, helpful, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in nature with great service and amazing food. Would definitely love to visit again!

Good but could have been better! We booked the resort for 2 days on 29-Jun 2025. We had 2 premium rooms and 1 pool villa. Overall experience was good in terms of the location and the place, however there were few things that i found a bit disappointing and believe that the resort should have addressed them. After our arrival I had to request the extra bedding(which was charged separately by them) multiple times since evening 5:30 pm and yet it was provided to us at 11:30 pm. Tea and coffee refilling- this was strange and frustrating. I had to request tea coffee sachet multiple times and they were providing it in small quantities. I mean the cost of these items are nothing and yet struggling to get it makes your overall experience disgusting. I told the manager that if you have such a problem in providing it then charge us but atleast provide it. On 1 day we ordered 3 fried rice and the salt was added in excess quantity(too much) and when we raised it to the staff they took the sample of it and took it to chef but then did nothing about it and we had to eat the same. Imagine their regards for customer! What I liked is how the property is developed at different levels with good sit out areas to enjoy views. Rooms are also good and overall food is good as well. I believe that small gestures of hospitality if extended can make your experience from poor to amazing and I believe the resort has a lot to offer if only they could top it up with a bit of extra hospitality. I would still recommend this place for a calm and peaceful time with family and friends.
