Jupiter International Hotel Bole

I have stayed at Jupiter Bole for lengthy stays over the years. The rooms are very spacious and staff clean the rooms meticulously. I have in the past stayed at Hilton and Sheraton and I do believe they can learn from Jupiter. For me this beautiful hotel has a home from home feel about it. I have recommended this hotel to family and friends and they all loved staying at Jupiter too. This comment is overdue and I would like to take this opportunity to thank ALL the staff for making my many long stays at Jupiter Bole a very happy and memorable one. The staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. I am specially immensely grateful to the manager Ato Amsalework and Chef Fre Hiywot for their exceptionally exemplary professional, helpful and considerate attitude. As mentioned my stays were lengthy and I am sure I had the honour of encountering all the esteemed wonderful staff from the chamber maids, the porters, the security guards, the car park attendants, the restaurant, to the receptionists and the managers. Jupiter International Hotel is truly a wonderful place to stay. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm and attractive customer service that made me feel valued and comfortable. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, offering a cozy and peaceful retreat. The food is absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that cater to different tastes. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience, great hospitality, comfort, and quality all in one place.

As a transit passenger, I expected a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, Jupiter Hotel Bole did not meet my expectations. The food menu is extremely limited, with very few options to choose from. If you’re looking for variety, this is not the place to dine. Moreover, the dining experience itself is inconvenient—you are required to eat in the bar, which doesn’t offer a comfortable or pleasant atmosphere for a proper meal. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for transit passengers or anyone expecting a more comprehensive and convenient dining experience. There are likely better options nearby.
