My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and welcoming. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the incredible staff. Rasha was outstanding – always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Milad’s kindness and professionalism made every interaction a pleasure, and his friendly manner set the tone for my stay. A special thank you to the kitchen team, whose efforts made every meal a highlight of my day. From the fresh breakfast spreads to the perfectly cooked dinner, everything was delicious and served with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests did not go unnoticed. This combination of comfort, location, and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I will certainly return on my next visit.
We stumbled a minor issue upon check in but the receptionist rasha did her absolute best to help us manage it and came with a solution shortly after, the breakfast is subpar but plentiful it was good that breakfast was included across all nearby resorts. Rooms were nice and well decorated and staff was very helpful and punctual.

The service, however, is what truly sets this place apart. Rasha was amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Alamin and Hussain provided exceptional support, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Milad was also outstanding, offering assistance with a friendly attitude and genuine care. The entire team made me feel valued and taken care of throughout my stay, which made the whole experience unforgettable.
