Hello, can we please thank Alissa for her amazing service and great personality at check in, and thank you for the warm greeting and fast communication regarding the suite being ready. All the executive lounge staff were noticeably more friendly and professional than the staff in the lobby. Check in was stressful at the lobby but was a quick and easy breeze with Alissa when I went to the executive lounge.
Room is clean with fantastic view of West Lake. Room has good size with relatively huge bathroom with bathtub. Single vanity with separate shower area and WC. A writing desk and a chaise lounge chair are provided as well. I like my room. Thank you.
good hotel, quiet rooms and good restaurant. not too far from west lake, you coud take a ~1h walk to get there and visit some nice shops on the way. i really enjoyed my stay there, also great city!
