Had a great time there. Very nice building. The pool area was exceptional. All the staff that I encountered spoke English very well. It is in a very convenient location to everything in Brickell. The food was of excellent quality. Lots of other food places nearby as well. I enjoy Marriott's modest style. It feels more like a grand country club rather than an over-the-top opulent palace.
Great experience from start to finish. Very good location in the middle of Brickell. Luxurious interiors and a very spacious pool deck. Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade to a corner “inspired” room, which was very large, very clean, and had a beautiful design. We also enjoyed our visit to Drakes lobby bar.
Yeah, it's a JW. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rooms are up to a modern standard and clean. Facilities are nice. I'd give them 5 stars but they served me powdered eggs for breakfast. Like, I'm no snob, but when I go to Waffle House they serve me a real freaking egg. So just be aware that at the JW Marriott Miami you are getting powdered eggs for breakfast.
