Arriving at 2am, front desk and bell hop were so welcoming and helped us quickly unpack our car and get our 2yo to bed! Pool was awesome for little kids with various depths and waterfalls. We appreciated the creature comforts and would happily stay again!
JW Quito is very exquisite. It is a little dated, but very clean and well kept. The hotel is very big. They have a lot of restaurants on site. The staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and some of the rooms have an amazing view. The elite lounge is very nice. They have great breakfast and happy hour food.
The hotel is beautiful. The outdoor pool is very nice. They have a few restaurants and gift shops. Service is great and I even got a rose and two glasses of wine on arrival. As silver elite member, we got to choose cheese board and a small bottle of wine. Room is very clean and spacious. It has a safe , a small friger. Service is great
