Kaiserhof

Die Zimmer und der gesamte Hof waren blitzblank und sehr sauber. ABER: Direkt bei Ankunft sind wir erstmal angemault statt begrüßt worden. Der Hausherr hatte ein extrem großes Problem damit, dass wir die Eltern meiner Freundin (die wir vorher an einem Campingplatz eingesammelt haben, damit wir nach unserem Chck-In einen Kaffee im Örtchen trinken gehen können) im Auto hatten. Aber noch viel schlimmer: sie sind auch ausgestiegen und haben seinen Hof betreten!!! Er teilte uns in einem sehr unverschämten Ton mit, dass keine fremden Gäste auf dem Hof und im Haus gestattet sind. Und war nur am maulen und am schimpfen. Das würde schließlich in jeder Hausordnung stehen. Hätte er uns die Hausordnung VOR unserer Ankunft mal zukommen lassen, dann hätten wir SELBSTVERSTÄNDLICH die "Gäste" mit angemeldet. Er wirkte auf uns sehr cholerisch und war mit einem Wort "unfreundlich". So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Mit allen anderen Gästen war er sehr umgänglich und hat sich immer nett unterhalten. Nur nicht mit uns. Vielleicht hat es ihm auch nicht gepasst, dass wir schon mit dem Auto EINFACH auf irgendeinen freien Parkplatz - in seinem Hof - gefahren sind. Schade! Der Hof und die Zimmer waren wirklich sehr, sehr sauber -> im Gegensatz zum Hausherren!!!!!

Unfortunately, our stay at the Kaiserhof was a big disappointment. As soon as we arrived in the room we noticed that the kitchen equipment was not complete and we only received the missing items after asking. Also, there is no oven, just a microwave. The WiFi is also a letdown. It doesn't load anything, you can't open anything, and downstairs it comes and goes as it pleases. So if you want to work from there on your laptop, you can forget about it. Unfortunately there was no sign of the promised sauna. It was only upon arrival that we were informed that the sauna was not accessible and this was not taken into account in the price. But the highlight is yet to come: the mold downstairs in both children's rooms. When we asked the landlord about it, he said it only happened the week we were there. In addition, he was not aware of any guilt and placed all the blame on us. All in all, it was an expensive experience that we wouldn't want to do again.

We had a very similar experience to others below. The owner was very unfriendly and rude to us because our parents, who booked the room for us, came with us to show us the location of the rental while we were on the way to the village. I have never experienced anything like that before in a hotel or guesthouse when checking in. No customer / guest relationship. We left and found a very friendly place in the neighbourhood.
