Kamelya Aishen Club

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Austen Club Hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was going to be a holiday to remember. The hotel complex is huge, with four hotels on site, giving you access to a wide variety of pools, restaurants, and entertainment options. The entertainment was on point every day there was something for everyone, from family friendly shows to themed events. One unexpected (and hilarious) highlight was a pirate walking around with a parrot in 40-degree heat and somehow still managing to stay in character! Even the go-kart rides around the complex were a hit, especially for the kids. We did have a minor issue with our room, but it was handled quickly and professionally by the staff, no stress at all. Speaking of the staff, they were friendly and helpful throughout, despite the heatwave. You could tell they really worked hard to keep everyone happy. All in all, a perfect holiday. Clean rooms, good food, plenty to do, and great service. Would definitely recommend and return!

Our hotel stay was really great! The cleanliness, spaciousness and view of the room were above our expectations. We especially liked the smiling face and helpfulness of the staff. The reception procedures were very fast, we had no problems during check-in and check-out. The breakfast was open buffet and delicious; also the food in the hotel restaurant was of very high quality and variety. The pool, spa and other facilities were very clean and hygiene rules were followed. The location of the hotel was also very advantageous, being close to the city center and touristic places was a big plus. and I don't want to end without mentioning that the animator Michael entertained us all with his dance moves throughout the holiday, we would like to see him here on our next holiday, the animator Michael who loves his job

We're currently staying at the Kamelya Aishen Club with our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). And what a wonderful hotel it is! There's plenty of entertainment for all ages (sports, games, and music) and great shows. We have a family room, which has two separate bedrooms, so we and the children have plenty of privacy. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. There's plenty of delicious (healthy) food, and there are several bars where you can get your drinks. There's also a fantastic beach with comfortable sunbeds. I'd like to compliment the friendly staff. They work very hard to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's service at the reception and guest relations is truly fantastic, and they deserve a huge compliment! Thank you for your excellent care, and we'd love to come back!
