Kamenoi Hotel Ome

We went here for a vacation and we really loved it. The view was great. The room was quiet & comfortable. Loved the public bath with the nice view of Tama River. The food was tasty, elegant & well prepared. The complimentary Black Sesame Noodles were delicious. Enjoyed our stay here. Would love to stay here again.

A pleasant and relaxing hotel. Friendly and considerate facilities for pets. My family and Wan-Chan really enjoyed. Will visit again.

This hotel was a highlight of our trip to Japan for a few reasons. From the beginning the staff was awesome. The bus driver was super friendly and accommodating and helped us with our luggage. Then arriving at the hotel we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff who happily worked with us despite the language barrier. Getting into our room, we realized that it had a semi-outdoor bathtub with an amazing view. After a few days of walking the bathtub was such a relaxing way to spend an hour and decompress. The biggest highlight though was one of the waitresses for our dinner. I regret not getting her name before leaving. I believe she had brownish hair with a slight bob-cut and was working the night of 10/24/24. I hope someone can relay this message to her. We purchased the dinner with the hotel and were fortunate enough to have her as our waitress. She was amazing. Adorable, great energy, very fun to talk with, and made us laugh so many times. She was the highlight of the whole trip for me personally.
