Nice hotel and pool. The kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was not very good though. Very little western food. That was a big let down. Scrambled eggs were way too watery.
A quiet restful seaside hotel with onsen facilities. Good stay. Short drive nearby for great seafood.
It's a great hotel in an amazing location with good facilities. It's just a bit outdated and small because they have done an extension but the communal areas remain the same. Issues related to that is a very tight time bracket to eat your breakfast and dinner with queues to get a table, queues to get your food, queues to get your drinks... It's an unnecessary stress for your holidays. Also, pool beds get "booked" really early by people just dropping their towels and going for breakfast or waiting until pool is open at 9am so basically you have no shades or seats if you don't do the same. Good onsen area with inside and outside facilities (no need to book private), small game center and an amazing kids room with many Japanese games available. 15 minutes walk to the station and 7 minutes walk to drugstore, supermarket and conbini.
