Kandolhu Maldives

A real paradise :) The island is small and full of nature, with beautiful trees, and the sea is crystal clear. The house reef is amazing, with colorful fish just a few meters from the beach. It’s very peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing. The food was another big surprise. Even if the island is small, there are different restaurants, and every meal was delicious and different. A special mention goes to fresh seafood that were fantastic, and the view of the ocean made every dinner special. Also, we really appreciated the gym, small but well-equipped and always clean, perfect for a quick workout before breakfast. What makes everything even better is the management: always present, kind, and very professional. The whole team is smiling, helpful, and always ready to make your stay perfect. You really feel welcome and well taken care of. This was my first time in the Maldives, and Kandolhu made it unforgettable. I will gladly recommend this beautiful, peaceful, and well-managed island to all my friends looking for a perfect honeymoon or vacation.

Everything in this resort was exceptional - from the moment they picked us up on the boat, to the moment they left us for the seaplane. Truly 5-star service that made everything possible to make us feel great, even if it meant more difficulties or expenses for them. The beach villa was really nice, modern, well maintained and with no issues whatsoever. Kudos for the running water outside the villa to clean the sand from the feet. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower and the place to hang our swimwear to dry. Bed was comfortable and they did provide us with the hard pillows we requested. Their reef isn't the best we've seen, but it's still great and offers some amazing snorkeling. You can swim around the whole island. Special thanks to all the staff who treated us exceptionally well - Estella, Elvira, Ameen, Mohammed and Mosoom, plus the lady who checked us in (sorry forgot her name) and of course Claudio the manager.

We would like to rate our experience of Kandolhu higher than 5 stars if we could ! The island is a beautiful jewel in the shimmering Indian ocean. Full of lush plants dotted with beautiful accommodation surrounded by a lively house reef. However what makes Kandolhu really special are the lovely staff who made our stay a most memorable experience. The Kandolhu team glide about their business in a most charming and effortless way. By the end of our stay, we felt like we were leaving family behind, and we were sad to go. So thank you to all the lovely staff, we hope to be back someday and see you all again Andy & Nicky xxx
