Very satisfied with the hotel. It is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are very clean and nothing looks run down. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Although not in city center you are close to a subway. Would definitely come back in the future.

Staying at a hotel near KHH Airport for a business trip, I spent nearly a month there. Although the room was not outstanding , it was comfortable. Given the high number of foreign guests in the area around the airport, the professionalism and English communication skills of the front desk staff could be improved. However, they still completed their tasks with enthusiasm and patience. Thank you for your assistance.

You get what you pay for. Not a good service hotel, just good location if you come to Kaohsiung to work near the airport. Avetage room with bad shower room design. Your room full of steam after shower. Boring breakfast. Unacceptable laundry service, when the laundry form told you that you will get your clothes back by 19:00 on the same day if you submit your laundry at the before 10:00 for regular service. I left my room at 8:00, bell on for room cleaning. Came back at 22:00 and did not get my clothes back. I called the reception and was told that the laundry room is closed and there is no way to get my clothes that night (even still not cleaned). The reception also told me that the hotel changed laundry return time long time ago and I will get my clothes back at 12:00 the next day, but the form still shows old information. So I have to go out at 23:00 for a laundry shop to get my clothes clean and ready to work on the next day. What a lovely experience. The reception was nice and it is not his fault anyway. This will be my last time here and I am not recommended this hotel to anyone. Kaohsiung is a nice city, do not give yourself a bad experience staying at this hotel.
