The service was excellent. The food was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. I especially enjoyed swimming pool. Water was clean and made for relaxing experience. The room was fresh, and beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Home away from Home.
Kasara Resort in Chitwan is perfect for anyone who wants to get close to nature without sacrificing comfort. We went on a walking safari and saw wild boars, peacocks, and even crocodiles. The naturalist was super knowledgeable and made the experience even more engaging. The resort’s design is low-key but elegant, and the service was top-notch. Food options were well thought out, with a mix of local and Western. I'd happily return with my kids next time.
We stayed at Kasara Jungle Resort for 2 nights and 3 days. The ambience and food were great, but the service didn’t meet our expectations. Our requested itinerary wasn’t arranged, and we had to follow their plan, missing out on activities we wanted. The pool is 5.8 ft deep throughout, making it unsuitable for non-swimmers. Also, no refreshments were provided during the safari—we expected at least a cup of tea, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort, but better management and equal attention to all guests would improve the experience.
