Absolutely Perfect – A Slice of Paradise! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) I recently stayed at Kassandra Palace Resort and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Every single member of the staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely kind — they made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort itself is nothing short of a paradise. The entire property is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, palm trees, and stunning sea views that instantly put you in vacation mode. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, strolling through the gardens, or enjoying a drink by the beach, every corner feels like a dream. Our room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful – just perfect for unwinding after a sunny day. The food was delicious with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. I honestly can’t fault a single thing. Kassandra Palace Resort is a hidden gem in Greece, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. If I could give it more than 10 out of 10, I would!

The hotel is really great and staff very friendly. Pool area very well maintained and with good services. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice children pool and outside play area. The hotel also offers animators during the day. They are very friendly with the children and develop different activities. Garden area very nice and green. Overall a very positive impression, only area for improvement would be the furniture and the cleaning ours in the rooms.

In respect to our personal experience. I would say on the positives: 1. The beach was clean and well maintained 2. The pool areas and garden looked great 3. The staff in the most part were very friendly and helpful, in particular the person providing the ice-cream within the hotel 4. The eating area was large with substantial options [the pancakes for breakfast were very popular] 5. They appear to be a very child friendly hotel On points to be aware: 1. The hotel is in a very remote area. Therefore, a short taxi ride to Kallithea maybe useful for additional entertainment. Bear in mind, the on-site mini market has limited options. 2. We did have one marginal issue on the beach front where one member of staff asked us for our room number and name without explanation. Evidently this was due to ensuring only Hotel residents use the Beach. However, the rationale after being challenged regarding the use of our own personal beach towels was unusual since many others did the same thing. 3. The live entertainment was very limited for a 5 Star Hotel during our stay, albeit positioned as a 4 Star plus by Jet2 4. This one is not directly aimed at the hotel. However, be prepared for the Climate Resilience Fee 15 Euros a night applied for 5 Star Hotels, in Greece. Overall I would recommend, in particular for couples with young children.
