We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it. The grounds are stunning and well maintained, the food is fresh, delicious and they have multiple restaurants to choose from. The rooms are tidy and clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming. We prefer junior suites - the view is unbeatable. The salon in the resort is so reasonably priced and Ari was amazing with our daughter's hair! The area feels safe, even at night. The teppanyaki is a recent addition and it's great! I encourage you to book a table in advance though! Our kids love kids club, they have good activities on offer as well. We have previously enjoyed live music when dining before but didn't seem to notice any this time. Really disappointed to see the andaman pool is now all adults only. The splash park area caters for little kids, but the andaman pool was always a favourite for our family.
First time travelling alone with two teenage boys, and first time deciding on a resort rather than an Airbnb style accommodation. I was so impressed with the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the food at the resort restaurants and the pools and amenities. It felt so spacious and calm, not overcrowded despite the large number of residents. The pools were beautiful and clean, the beach was so fun to enjoy, guided by the lifeguards identifying when it was safe to swim. No request was too difficult. I felt safe on the resort, as a solo female parent travelling with two kids. I have recommended this already to so many friends and family, one of whom has already booked to visit the resort in November. Thank you for creating such a wonderful, calm and happy space for us to holiday in. It was paradise!
It's a brilliant resort. Staff are very friendly and attentive. We had 2 rooms that were kept to a high standard. Even the on-site shops were not dramatically over priced. I would aim to have some meals off site though. Meals on site are expensive but the views are incredible. It's art the slightly quieter end of Phuket so that's nice too.
