Katerina Palace Hotel

Great hotel in perfect location. Very nice breakfast, clean rooms (housekeeping lady is a star, what a lovely person!). I was also impressed with swimming pool, it was never overcrowded and we could enjoy it everyday :) And the best for last: Staff! The are so caring and accommodating. My husband had health issues during our stay and the owner Katerina and her staff could not do enough to help us. Can't thank them enough for their support :) we will be back

Although we didn’t stay at Katerina Palace Hotel ourselves, we reached out to the team to help organize a birthday surprise for someone who was staying there. And what incredible support we received! The staff thought along with us on every detail — from reserving a charming restaurant to arranging a surprise cake — all with kindness and clear communication. Even when something went wrong with a reservation on the spot, it was handled with professionalism and care. Thanks to their efforts, it became a truly memorable evening for the birthday guest, and we are extremely grateful. A team that goes above and beyond, with genuine attention and heart. Our family stayed here the last week of May. Its a beautiful hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Very comfy beds, has A/C, fridge and safe all included, so no extra costs. Good size balcony. Rooms were cleaned every 2nd day. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice, Outside was extremely clean and beautiful relaxing pools. Pool bar well stocked and fabulous food. Right in the middle with very short walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Close to airport. Most importantly is the people. Outside the hotel everyone is very friendly. The hotel staff we could not fault at all. All so friendly, very helpful, they take time to chat with you and make you feel so welcomed. Have to mention the bar staff, Nikolas, Chis and did not catch the 3 man's name. You could not meet nicer people. Even had a lovely chat with the owner. I would highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to going back there again.
