This place is amazing. If you want to experience a Japanese spa (onsen) with your family, eat an elaborate Japanese dinner and relax this is a great choice.

First impression wasnt great.. the elevator stinks of mould, hallway carpets are old and dirty with patches of tape everywhere. The hotel has a lot of rooms but the onsen area is quite small with only 2 baths, maybe total capacity of 10-15 people which would be crowded. There are 3 private onsens but theyre really small, and one was a bit hot for us. Food was ok, though dinner is brought in tiny portions over several courses with rice at the end, when we’d have preferred it from the start. Breakfast times are from 7am til 8:30am but they come 30 mins before to remove the beds and set up the table. Not ideal if you want to stay up late to drink, relax and sleep in a little in the morning. Hotel staff practically barged into the room unannounced a few times to set up the futons, which is awkward when you’re on the toilet. Large room but there were stains on the walls, doors etc. A lot of spiders everywhere. Most staff were friendly and polite but the place needs renovation and a much larger bathing area.
