Kaya Palazzo Ski & Mountain Resort

Staying in Kaya Palazzo ski hotel is fabulous, to say it in one word ‘ exceptionally great’. Everything from room cleanliness to their very friendly staff, it is just great ! I have to comment on food separately, probably gained 2-3 kg in one week👌 All food is a kind of most delicious ones I have ever tasted, from starters to main course, desert. All chefs are creating an amazing taste , not sure how they can make it!!! Need to specifically thank to Serkan Erhan from restaurant. But not just him, I would Like to thank to all kitchen staff, chefs who made all this happen. We are so sad as we are leaving tomorrow but we leave with a great satisfaction. Can not compare this experience anywhere else I have stayed in any hotel. Thank you so much!! See you all next winter

The main good thing about this hotel is its location. We went to this hotel as a group of 10 people, but it did not meet our expectations. I don’t think it was worth the price . First of all, when we arrived, they told us our full board meals starts from dinner, and lunch is included on our check out day. And I asked if we can use our lunch option on our first day instead of the last day. The guy was very annoyed and said it’s impossible, after I asked it few times, he went to his manager and finally approved. I don’t understand what is the difference to use our meal option on whatever day we want to use. They were not flexible. Rooms were old and small, and hotel in general was old , it needs renovation. Food in main restaurant was the best thing in the hotel, but the service there was poor. First of all , waiters expect you to tip, which I understand , but showing it too much and treating you according if you tip or not was very unprofessional. And the worst thing happened in this trip was, one of the waiter tried to bring us orange juice from someone else’s leftover on their table, and there was lipstick on it. He was too lazy to bring new one, so he did this. We told him immediately, because I saw him doing it, and then he changed it. We told about this issue to management, and they said they’ll deal with it. Kaya Lounge was overpriced, and it was empty at nights, even though it was peak season and weekend. Swiss restaurant was cozy and they had good hot chocolate. Overall, I would give 3 star to this experience

They separate their own ski slopes from the main slopes then lie about the main slopes not existing. If you stay there you can only ski on a very small portion of the mountain and they refuse to take you to the other side and lie about it. Many better options if you want to ski.
