Nice big updated and comfortable rooms. The staff were also very nice and helpful. There isn't really a front desk or anyone that a central location day and night. That was not a problem for me. It's close to the city center but nice to be a bit away from it as well. I would definitely use this property again. The rooms have dark walls and if there was one suggestion I would make is to have a bit more light but I am older!
Due to my husband’s injury, we had to change hotels as the room provided wasn’t suitable for his condition. While the team did their best to find an alternative, no better option was available. Still, they kindly cancelled our booking free of charge — even though it wasn’t their responsibility. We truly appreciate their outstanding service and will definitely return in the future.
I went to the tech innovation event, highly recommend. Every other Thursday they organise a debate where the kazerne invites speakers to talk about a certain subject. Definitely going again! The bar staff was also really polite and friendly.
