Kazzhol Park Hotel Almaty

We stayed two nights and had nice stay. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had huge amount of choices - none were great food but none was bad. Best was the flatbread that they made fresh one of the mornings.

Great services for a 4-star hotel, its location is superb but restaurants and cafes aren’t too close to the hotel just a small park. Their service needs improvements but acceptable. Room services aren’t working after 8 pm or 9 pm. The breakfast buffet is acceptable but there’s no a variety of dishes, similar dishes are repeating daily. The gym is small and the hotel is really quiet. The problem we faced is the cleanliness of bathroom towels which lacked tidiness, some weird colors on it and use of the towels is so clear. Other than that would consider our stay in such a hotel is fantastic, thanks to the reception they were helpful.

The hotel was generally good, as in location and room size. Though the breakfast wasn't the best, it had few options and the food wasn't delicious at all. As for the room service, if you call the reception at night and ask for something they would just say " alright I will bring it to you " but in reality they would never do. It happened to me few times where I asked for a pillow and the receptionist said she would bring it and I waited for hours and she never came. As for the cleanliness of the hotel, most of the things were pretty clean but the towels weren't at all. They gave us multiple towels that had stains on them which is really disgusting as well as on our last day of our stay the toilet roll had green stains on it, and they only gave us 1 towel. The room didn't include any tissue we had to use the extra toilet roll for the room. Generally, it was great but could've been a better stay.
