I spent a week at this hotel, their services are very good , this hotel felt like home, they took care of me and made sure I was comfortable, the room was very clean and organized, the location is very fantastic , being located along Entebbe road made it easier to head to the airport, avoiding all traffic, they have shuttle to pick up and take me back to the airport , all services are in one place, restaurant, saloon, supermarkets, washing bay , well stocked bar space for parties, catering services, bakery . Am one person who enjoys relaxing in doors, so I managed to get everything I needed , I highly recommended this hotel! Thank u keba Xpress hotel for making my stay memorable
It has extremely excellent service, hospitality and well located ....of which you need really no extra cost to take you there. It s just as you are dropped by the car you enter the hotel
There service is very poor. I ordered for a beef katogo and it took one full hour to be ready The security guard even refused the to remove the things which were behind my car so that I could move out and he was asking me for money The room service was so bad because at 11am no one had cleared the plates we had used a night before.
