I stayed at this hotel for [two nights] and my experience was overall very positive. The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions and services, which made it easy for us to get around and explore the area. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until departure, and they were always available to answer any inquiries or fulfill any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the essential amenities like towels, toiletries, and drinking water. The bed was very comfortable, and the sleep was quiet thanks to the good sound insulation. The air conditioning was effective, which was very important in the hot weather. As for breakfast, it was varied and delicious, including a range of local and international foods. I appreciated the healthy options as well. The facilities like the pool and gym were clean and well-equipped. If there is one small note, it is that the internet speed in the room was sometimes unstable. But that didn't affect my stay much. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service. I will definitely return again on my next visit.
We had a truly unforgettable stay at Kempinski Hotel Aqaba Red Sea — a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and beautifully handled, and a big part of that was thanks to Fatima Ellahahani, the exceptional Lady in Red manager. Fatima went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable and truly memorable. Her attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference — she made every one of us feel so welcomed and valued. Aqaba felt even more special because of her! The service throughout the hotel was top-notch — the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were immaculate, the views breathtaking, and the pool and beach areas were just what we needed for a relaxing escape. If there’s one area that could use a little enhancement, it would be the breakfast buffet — while still good, we felt it could offer a bit more variety to match the overall five-star standard of the hotel. Still, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we left with hearts full of gratitude and happy memories. Thank you again, Fatima, for your incredible hospitality and for making our trip so special. We’ll absolutely be back!
شكراً للشيف محمد صلاح و الشب محمد الطوباسي المحترم على مساعدتهم. Rooms: The rooms are not provided with bathroom hoses. Housekeeping:The house keepers don’t replace the used towels in the bathroom unless you ask them to, which is kinda disgusting. Also, they don’t know how to clean the bathroom. Car parking: is not professional. They allow fancy cars to park in front of the hotel door. They keep saying the parking inside the hotel is full even if there’s an empty parking, so they are obviously don’t want to put your car inside rudely. when I told him to park the car inside, he agreed and he left the car open and the headlights on for about 10 minutes, so I took the car and park it outside. Breakfast: The breakfast is not edible with no diversity compared to the previously served breakfast. Seriously you need to work on the diversity and the quality of the food served. The fruits are baled and old. You may want to bring your own breakfast to feel good. Maybe consider adding fresh pineapple, kiwis, smoked salmon, and Greek yogurt. Staff:staff are generally nice and kind.
