Nijar and Eman the Ladies in Red were exceptionally kind, friendly, thoughtful, hardworking, caring and sweet and I miss them dearly. Additionally, Nijar extended my booking till 2pm and Eman took me downstairs to your beautiful spa where I had the most wonderful and relaxing time. They also arranged for me a fruit basket and a lots of quality chocolates into my room as a surprise. They made me feel like I am in a loving home. How very thoughtful of them. Israa and the Chef called Ashraf were also super hardworking, caring and friendly as well as the entire team always during breakfast and dinner times and the food and non alcoholic drinks were too delicious and the quality was the highest. The cleaning lady was super sweet, hardworking and thoughtful. The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel very appreciated and I am extremely thankful to each of them♥️. The outdoor swimming pool was incredible too and I felt like a princess when I looked around at the Royal Kempinski Palace. The only negative thing was to check out from your top notch hotel, I wish I could of stayed so much longer. This stay was a great pre B-day gift for my Birthday on July 29th, I am thankful that my MG knows what I love as it was all his idea. The 🇪🇬 Egyptian owner is an amazing business man as he knows how to make us his guests extremely happy and it's clear to me he invested into an amazing staff and top quality food, stunning flowers & paintings and top music - the staff played on piano so beautifully and brought really unique and glamorous atmosphere. My stay at Kempinski Royal Maxim was truly exceptional. Everything was perfect – from the beautifully maintained facilities to the outstanding service. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always attentive, which made me feel very well taken care of. All facilities were complete and of the highest standard, adding to the comfort and luxury of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely well trained and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was perfect — a great variety and quality. The location is decent, especially if you don’t need to be right in the center of town. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying again.
