The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is excellent, offering Ethiopian and continental options. Its central location makes exploring the city and nearby Lake Hawassa a breeze. Highly recommend for a relaxing, quality experience.
I would like to thank all the staff for their very friendly and respectful service during our stay. Our hotel room was wonderful, clean and comfortable with amazing views of the City, Tabor mountain and Lake Hawassa. Overall we had a great time. I highly recommend this Hotel to visitors.
The Ker-Awud is great value, amazing service, and the perfect location in Hawasa. The hotel also has a great cultural restaurant that hosts live performances. The only negative is the bathroom showers could use an upgrade. Overall, great experience!
