Khan Saray

This is a 3 star hotel in a 5 star place. Food is terrible terribly oily, the service never supply enough. It was four of us and they gave us 2 towels… Besides the hotel being mid the market around the hotel is very nice. Stay in this hotel if u dont have a car. But if u do then DONT go to another hotel that is by street salim.

Good option to book and is inside the center of Sulaynaniyah Bazar and has a good restaurant for not such expensive prices. However, rooms aren't maintained well, but for 1-2 nights it's not bad.

Very Disappointed ,Would Not Recommend I’m very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite its appearance, the policies are extremely inconvenient and not guest friendly at all. They do not allow food delivery (even from well known services like Toters and Talabat) to be brought to your room. As a female guest, I had to change clothes and go downstairs every time just to pick up my order from reception. When I asked if a staff member could bring it up instead, they refused and simply said, “We don’t offer this service.” They also don’t allow any visitors to come up to the room, which was never the case in any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Sulaymaniyah. This strict policy made the stay feel more like a prison than a hotel. To make things worse, the internet connection and air conditioner both disconnected multiple times a day, making it difficult to work or rest properly. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who values basic comfort, convenience, or respect for guests’ needs.
