Truly Exceptional Service I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and just genuinely wonderful, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay, The location is also perfect very convenient and close to many shopping streets, with tons of great food options nearby. On my last day, I unfortunately sprained my ankle, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were so caring and supportive, which made a big difference during a stressful moment. I truly appreciated it, thanks to everyone on the team Highly recommend this hotel

Location: Great. Staff service is also fine. Overall, the hotel is not very large. The lobby is very compact. However, the biggest inconvenience of this hotel is the structure of the room. When you open the front door, it’s a bathroom space with a sink, and the bathroom and toilet share one door. If you‘re a solo traveler, that might not be a problem. It’s quite inconvenient if it‘s a couple or family.

Location is awesome and that’s why I picked it. But the hotel itself doesn’t quite meet 5 star hotel standards. No bathtub, no spacious closet area, the room floor reminds me of a locker room and entry is like a bathroom with the tile everywhere. The breakfast was the biggest surprise: it’s a la carte (I have breakfast included in my room rate for business travel) and takes forever, and there are limited vegetarian options - and the food just isn’t that good. Versus a breakfast buffet you might expect. It’s fine and no major flaws but not really a full 5 star hotel.
