We spent two nights in mid-Nov. Main likes: excellent food options (breakfast/dinner), friendly/helpful staff and location. Dislikes: lumpy beds, charges for beverages incl water at 'included' dinner, lack of amenities. Supermarket just down the street.
Beautiful hotel 🏨. Good services. Cleanliness was good. Staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good. We had stayed 2 nights with family in 2 rooms. There is only one negative issue that was ac, not working or cooling properly in the room. Otherwise, it's good for tourists.
I visited this hotel between April 6.-8.2023, in the rom 411. The hotel is in a quite pleasant place, I would say the food is average. But I was very disappointed that I was robbed by the staff in this hotel. Someone stole $200 from my wallet while I was at breakfast or dinner. Otherwise, I still had the money and documents with me. I am very sorry and it damages the good name of the hotel.
