Kinnitty Castle Hotel

We recently had our wedding at Kinnitty Castle and I simply cannot get over how smooth, perfect, and easy it all was. The location is stunning, the staff friendly, and the food incredible. The 5-course dinner service was like something from a movie. The wedding coordinator Ana was an especially bright light during our trip - even before we arrived, she communicated quickly and regularly about every single thing we could ever worry about. We felt completely at ease with her managing everything, and not a single item was out of place, from room bookings to decor to the coordination of vendors. Not only that, she is a wonderful person to get to know and was such a comfort to us both! THANK YOU to Kinnitty Castle, and especially to Ana, for giving us our absolute dream fairytale wedding. Us, our friends, and our family will never forget the love, kindness, and beauty we experienced here!

Honestly I can’t speak to location as I was there for the castle stay and did not leave. Beautiful castle with a really wonderful staff. We had dinner and afternoon tea. Dinner was okay. Tea was lovely. Attic room had plenty of space and an old world feel. I didn’t want a castle that felt too modern and this for the bill. The fairy walk was amazing. Their chef does all the wood carvings and it’s quite beautiful.

We stayed in Kinney Castle for one night recently. We booked the cheapest room which may have been a mistake. But there are no pictures anywhere to see what the rooms are like in advance of booking. The room was small and stuffy. But the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Service was very slow at breakfast. We eventually had to ask the waitress to take our order. But the food was nice when it came. The location was interesting. With nice walks through the woods.
