To celebrate my wife birthday I went to the hotel restaurant for lunch. They arranged a complimentary surprise cake for my wife which is really nice. The food was excellent. The environment was very peaceful. The restaurant staffs were always with a laughing face and good service. We did not book any room.We liked the hospitality. A good place away from busy city life.

Despite being marketed as a 5-star property, Kiranshree Grand falls significantly short of expectations — barely touching the standards of a 2-star hotel. Room Quality: Rooms are average at best. Broken drawers and dirty balcony furniture made the space feel neglected. The bathroom had a persistent foul smell; even after a housekeeping staff member sprayed air freshener, the odor returned within minutes. A particularly shocking experience was when a giant spider crawled out from under the bed, terrifying our children. We requested a room change, but the second room had the same bathroom issues. Eventually, we gave up. Facilities: The swimming pool was dirty, and the surrounding water corridor had stagnant, smelly water — completely uninviting. The indoor game room was in disrepair; torn pool tables and dusty surfaces gave the impression it hadn’t been maintained or used in a long time. Food: Food options were limited and taste was just average. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was decent enough to warrant the 2-star rating. Overall: This hotel is far from the luxury experience it claims to offer. Maintenance and hygiene are serious concerns, and the facilities are clearly neglected. Would not recommend staying here — especially if you’re traveling with children or expecting a 5-star experience.
