Great hotel! All staff were super-friendly. Amazing value for what it offers. The shows were always entertaining. The food was great.

It's the best hotel I've ever been to, and the staff are all friendly and the service quality is very high. I was particularly pleased with Tarık Akan, the staff member, during my one-week stay. He provided helpful and friendly service throughout my stay.

I want to start by stating that this is not a 5-star hotel—absolutely not. In a true 5-star establishment, you wouldn't expect to find leaks in the bathroom from the room above. The food was monotonous—the same dishes for both lunch and dinner every single day. On social media, they market a variety of appealing images like sushi and seafood. The sushi was indeed served—but it was by far the most disgusting sushi I've ever had. If that had been my first experience with sushi, I doubt I would ever try it again. And as for the seafood, it seems to exist only on the hotel’s Instagram stories, not on the actual menu. The snacks on the beach and in the hotel were the same day after day. For someone who eats only chicken, there were hardly any options. I assumed that the pool closed at 6 PM for cleaning, which would be perfectly reasonable. But guess what? The pool wasn’t cleaned at all—its rails were broken, and you could A total disappointment. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. That said, the hotel staff does deserve credit for their day-to-day work.
