KK Sapa Hotel

I had a great experience with this stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great and they had a lot of vegetarian options for the guests. The staffs were very friendly. Mr. Kevin helped us throughout with all our requests including bookings and touring and Ms. Hana helped me rent motorbikes and made me a great Vietnamese coffee too! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay with all the facilities and at great valley view location and market access. 10/10 satisfied.

Hotel staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Hanna at reception for her great service and warm smiles when we checked in and just before we left. We were lucky to have a room on the seventeenth floor so had great views. Room itself was spacious and comfortable with good quality fittings and appliances. Great shower and there was also a separate bath. Breakfast options were many including beef or chicken noodle soup and egg station. It can be busy with Asian tour groups so I would recommend going either early or after 8.30 am. Location is handy with a few good restaurants very close and only a five minute walk to the town centre where all the action is, along with loads of more food options and plenty of clothing shops.

We had a wonderful stay in KK Sapa! The room was clean and the view was very beautiful. The breakfast was amazing too! Thanks to all the staff for being so welcoming and helpful especially Kevin who helped us book our bus ride to Hanoi! Highly recommended!
