Kleopatra Beach Hotel All Inclusive

Hotel is in a great location close to beach bars and shops, room and balcony was really small for 3 people to be sharing, the free air con was good. Food did not really cater for English or children my granddaughter would eat none of it At all therefore costing me a fortune on an all inclusive holiday! The sports bar outside the main entrance does good food and they look after you even brings you food or cocktails into the hotel for you. All inclusive drinks are tiny plastic glasses

Don’t believe the positive reviews; they are all fake. I spent 7 days at this hotel, and unfortunately, I couldn’t change my reservation after my arrival. The rooms are very outdated, and the shower doors don’t close properly. To close the room door, you always have to insert a key, and not all of the lights were working. The atmosphere felt like a care home since there is no entertainment, only a pool that closes at 6 PM. There is also a children's pool, which is often used by drunk adults, making it feel like there is really only one pool for adults. The food options are extremely limited and not tasty. Typically, there are only two choices for hot food, such as pasta and something else. Chicken is served frequently, while we had fish only twice. We never experienced any dishes from Turkish cuisine. On three occasions, I found food that was not fresh. At breakfast, the desserts available were pancakes(sometimes),there was no yogurt available. The bar offers only beer, wine, whiskey, and vodka. You are not allowed to drink soda from glasses, as those are reserved for alcoholic drinks; instead, you must use plastic cups, which is strange. There are a few snacks available— flavorless biscuits. For internet access, you either have to sit in the lobby or pay an additional fee. Additionally, people smoke everywhere; there is no designated smoking area. If you want to enjoy the beautiful views from the open canteen, you're forced to breathe in smoke. Sitting inside is even worse, as there are unpleasant smells from the kitchen, and the fans are not powerful enough to provide relief. Some staff members were very rude. When I asked the receptionist about my concerns, he questioned why I hadn’t asked the previous receptionist. I requested additional towels since they only provided two for three people, and I received them only after two attempts. Very few staff members spoke English. When entering the canteen, there was no place to wash my hands. This is definitely not a restaurant; rather, it feels like a canteen since you have to serve yourself. You need to bring your own cutlery, and you would be lucky if you find it right away. Overall, the only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, as there is a beautiful sandy beach just outside. Other than that, there is nothing to recommend. I still don’t understand how this hotel has a 4-star rating; I would give it a maximum of 2 stars. This is certainly not an all-inclusive experience, and I strongly do not recommend it.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL we arrived room were so dirty upon arrival, food was disgusting even the stray animals didn’t want it. We all got food poisoning. When speaking with staff they were rude I even got shouted at by a man at the reception and was told that food poisoning is their economy ? Absolutely disgusting The cleaning lady came I asked for 3 Towels are there was 3 of us no, she’s not allowed and gave us one. Asked for a toilet roll and the woman almost looked scared to give me one. Poorly run hotel, dirty, food inedible. Please do not waste your money. I begged them to move hotel for 2 days eventually got on the phone to my holiday company and the staff got scared so they moved us into another hotel owned by them( royal palm hotel). It was still dirty but not as dirty. Food was some what edible sometimes. But I am honestly begging please do not waste your money guys. Pay a little bit more and get somewhere decent as this is terrible. Worst holiday of our lives
