The hotel was absolutely stunning with the view of sea as well as the city. Rooms were with the balcony and available with all the necessities. Above of most of the tourists attractions were in walking distance. They also have shuttle to the newest station

I am so sick and tired of what seems like Americans and other westerners complaining about the STUPIDEST stuff on Google reviews! (I am from the USA) Because of endless complaining, my husband and I thought our Japanese experience would be not so great. In fact, it's been wonderful. We aren't super snotty, are happy with little things, and we get above and beyond what we thought. This hotel is AMAZING! Ignore all other reviews of complaints. Get the buffet breakfast included! Eat all you want and you don't need lunch! Get off your fat American assess before coming to Japan, get used to walking and you'll be fine. Learn to eat something other than an "American" breakfast in other countries. Why expect something like that? Stupid expectations give stupid results. This hotel isn't outdated to me. What are people talking about? The service is phenomenal, it smells good, there's a convenience store in the lobby, comfy pajamas, comfy beds, views, a balcony, a mall within walking distance, a park nearby with light shows. Learn to use Google maps. My husband and I walked all the way down Jardin des Herbs and Nunobiki Falls to the hotel. It took a while, but we stopped along the way, our feet hurt, but we soaked in the tub afterward. Stay here. You will love it.

We had high hopes for this hotel, but a series of oversights made our stay far less enjoyable than expected. What didn’t work for us: • Hotel does offer a shuttle bus, but this was not mentioned at check-in—we only found out through other guests. • No prior notice about cruise docking right outside our window. We booked for the view, but ended up having to keep curtains closed for privacy. • No help with luggage—we had to carry everything to the room ourselves. • For luggage delivery to the airport, staff redirected us to the nearby Family Mart. Even though the staff at family mart, said we could send luggage 15hrs in advance, they however refused to process our request on Saturday morning for Sunday afternoon delivery. • No airport shuttle—only shuttle bus to Sannomiya Station, and from there you need to transfer to the Port Liner. • Definitely not baby-friendly—Families with infants may want to reconsider, as the hotel offers no baby amenities. What we liked: • Once the cruise ship left, the view from our room was fantastic. • Excellent soundproofing • Room came with a charging cable, which was a nice touch. • Great location near Meriken Park, ideal for jogging or morning walks. • A Starbucks opens early (7:30am) at Meriken Park, perfect for an early coffee run. Final thoughts: The hotel has potential thanks to its location and room quality, but poor communication and lack of basic services really took away from the experience. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend it for families or travelers expecting full-service support.
