I had a truly wonderful week at Koi Resort St. Kitts! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and attentiveness. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, specially Pawan, vipin, jamal and their kindness did not go unnoticed. The resort itself is stunning!.. breathtaking ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. My room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff were very friendly! I loved spending time by the pool, soaking up the Caribbean sunshine.

Had a great stay at the Koi. Location is not very convenient which was a big downfall. We had to taxi everywhere, including any meals which started to get pricey. Keniesha was the best part of the hotel. She was so kind and helpful m. She gave us fantastic recommendations for St. Kitts. It is a very quiet hotel and they offered a few activities. The pool was a bit smaller than we expected and there was no beach access. The included breakfast that we received was very basic. I would have loved to try some local fruits but it was very basic. I think the breakfast could be improved but overall had an enjoyable stay. We also loved the welcome drink!

I’ll start with the negatives: Location - you need a car to get around. No shops or restaurants a reasonable walk from the hotel. You need a car to get around or you will be paying for cabs. Hotel - the hotel isn’t a resort and the exterior could do with a clean. Some of the balcony panels are cloudy which spoils the view and the white exterior needs a clean. The hotel isn’t new, it has new ownership. Food - There’s 1 restaurant serving food from 12pm to 9pm and there’s no room service. The menu is relatively expensive and limited. Beach - unfortunately, due to the time of the year, the hotel’s beach was covered in seaweed and unusable. There was a shuttle to another beach provided by the hotel but drop off and pick up were only at 11am and 4pm respectively. Positives: Rooms - the rooms are very nice and well maintained. The views are great from the rooms particularly on the left hand side of the hotel. Gym - the hotel’s gym is functional and open 24/7. Pool - the hotel has a nice pool which wasn’t busy during our stay. The pool is well maintained and the loungers get good sun all day. We had a specific issue with our room in which the A/C wasn’t working, after a bit of hassle we were eventually moved into a bigger room, via a smaller room, with a view of the golf course (not owned by the hotel) and the beach.
