Kokomo Private Island Fiji

Wow!!! What an amazing week we’ve just had at Kokomomo!! Best family holiday we have had so far. The location is truly breath taking. The service was incredible. The food, fresh and delicious. Amazing attention to detail. Everything was 10/10. If you’re travelling with young kids and from Australia - it is honestly the perfect place. There are many beautiful resorts in the world but what sets Kokomomo apart is its beautifulllll staff who leave such a lasting impression on you. Big thank you to our nanny Eta. I would definitely be requested you again when we come back. You’re a natural with children and made me feel instantly at ease leaving my kids. A real asset to the hotel. Thank you Pita who took us on our waterfall hike ( an activity I highly recommend ). You were the best guide and showed us real island life in Fiji. And Leba who works breakfast , lunch and dinner. I loved meeting you. We were so sad to leave. But we will definitely be back!!

Absolutely no words to describe how amazing our stay here was. It was definitely a splurge but the experience justified the price. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and will be dreaming about returning for the rest of our lives! The facilities and room were unmatched (an infinity pool all to ourselves, beachfront access, an indoor and outdoor shower etc.) the food was amazing (and wine, which is really impressive given their location and remoteness) and the clear standout was the service. All of the employees - from the resort managers to the facilities and restaurant staff - went above and beyond to ensure we had the most memorable stay. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful! We are grateful for the whole Kokomo team for ensuring that we had the trip of a lifetime and hope we can return one day! Vinaka!

INCREDIBLE!!!! While the rooms, common areas and overall aesthetic are absolutely stunning, the standout for us was definitely the staff. Warm and welcoming they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip and everything was kept to a the highest standard. Not a single bad dish was served on an always changing menu that is dependant on the produce they can acquire on a small island off the coast of Fiji. Truly very impressive chefs! While the prices can seem exorbitant, the complimentary services were far more than you would see anywhere else, including all food and non alcoholic beverages, laundry services, kids club and nannies, porters to ferry you around, plus daily activities. You could not ask for a better location for the activities available. The reef diving and snorkelling was the favourite of the trip. With so many activities included in the complimentary itinerary, grab a hobicat for a sail, enjoy the daily yoga classes, stroll around the island and eat until you explode. I was pregnant on this trip and gorged myself on the mocktails. Very family friendly, the kids with us loved the nannies and kids club staff more than us! Would 100% recommend for anyone considering a trip, if you are disappointed there is something wrong with you!
