We had an amazing stay at Kokomo Resort. The staff was amazing especially Indra who was very kind and personal. He remembered all our names every time we walked by the beautiful restaurant. Also Dede was amazing and very friendly. A really nice resort to enjoy Gili Gede.

We had an incredible stay at Kokomo Resort Gili Gede! The villa was perfect, with a crystal-clear private pool and breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The summer breeze and refreshing ocean air made it feel like a true paradise. The facilities were beyond expectations, and the food at the beach front restaurant was amazing. Pak Wayan and Mas Hasan's hospitality and warm welcome made us feel home. We can't wait to come back! can't recommend this resort highly enough for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

We were clearly promised the day before that we could use their pool while waiting for our boat. Trusting their word, we arrived early, spent our time and our money eating and drinking at their restaurant. Then, out of nowhere, the manager marched over and ordered us out of the pool area, claiming they were “full,” while every single pool bed sat empty. This was not a misunderstanding. This was pure arrogance and a blatant disregard for guests. The restaurant and reception staff were wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and professional. But the manager’s behaviour was the exact opposite: rude, unwelcoming, and completely out of place in hospitality. Hours later, after making us wait outside his hotel, the manager actually came over to accuse us of lying about our review. Moments later — with both his own staff and ourselves present — it became painfully clear that we had told the truth all along. It’s astonishing how one person’s petty, power-tripping attitude can overshadow the hard work of an otherwise excellent team. If you value honesty, respect, and basic human decency, think twice before giving this place your business.
