Kokotel Phuket Nai Yang Beach

This is my second time staying here, and every visit has been a wonderful and impressive experience. I had an amazing surprise when I reunited with a friend I hadn’t seen in 10 years at Naiyang Beach — it was truly incredible! The stay was perfect — peaceful and relaxing. The room was quiet with a soft, comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly, especially the front desk team and others throughout the hotel. I would like to especially mention Lek — she was extremely helpful, kind, and provided outstanding service. My child really liked her and talked with her every morning. We also loved spending time at the beach. The market and 7-Eleven are nearby, which is very convenient. Everything was perfect — absolutely flawless. I will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!!!

The lovely hotel The new room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach. All the staff were friendly, especially Lek at the reception. She always had a beautiful smile on her face and was incredibly helpful. I often saw her everywhere around the hotel She making coffee, serving drinks, restaurant, and even fixing the air conditioner for me! I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in a couples swim up room. Room was nice, glass bottles put in tool with vending machines on each floor for you to fill up when required. 7/11 is a 2 minute walk and the beach is a 2 minute walk. Nai Yang Market is about 5/6 minute walk and the airport is only 5 mins a taxi. The pool is nice and long for swimming, it's on the roof top which is nice for tanning as there is no shade unless you put the umbrella up which was one of the reasons we booked. We arrived with lots of bags and cases, as we have been travelling for some time so my only suggestion would be maybe someone to assist with the luggage 😊
