Second time I've visited this hotel after a positive stay in 2017. Although only stayed for one night, it was once again a brilliant one with excellent service and welcoming staff, rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very reasonable. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the beach and the shops near Legian Street so not bad if you enjoy a walk. Also arrived late for a check in and they were accommodating. If you're on a budget I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. I will book here again for part of my next stay in Bali.
Although the hotel is in a good location and the staff is very kind and caring, and the buffet breakfast was relatively good, the rooms either have no windows or air conditioning or overlook the pool and playground, are not insulated, and are full of noise. For a few days, it was like a kindergarten or school, full of noise from 6 am, so we didn't rest at all.
As per travel agents when the hotel were checked in Google.. the picture was so good and beautiful. But when we checked in here it was pathetic and no windows only..it's so suffocating inside the room. And the staff are like no room, safety of kids and stuff.. kids with suffocating room is not imaginable at all. Uncoperative staffs
