I had a truly wonderful experience at the hotel. It felt so cosy and clean, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The reception team was incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting guests with genuine smiles. I especially appreciated the room service team; they were so helpful and kind. Rasha and Hamza stood out with their uplifting and positive personalities, making a real difference in my experience. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near all the popular attractions. Plus, the prices are surprisingly reasonable and much more affordable compared to similar hotels in the area. I can’t thank Rasha and Hamza enough for their exceptional service. They truly made my stay memorable.
Great hotel but they don't clean under the beds or the tables but great service
I give 3 stars because of the employees... It has bad rooms even I asked for none smoking room... I got a room smelling like an ashtray... Most of the lights aren't working... The pillows are bad and the rooms are dirty
