Great experience at this hotel. Affordable rates. Clean, spacious rooms. Hearty complimentary breakfast. Helpful staff, particularly hotel manager Antony, who helped us arrange a city tour. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.
Close to the downtown (old and new), super friendly staff, they do have a pool that is nice. They have a bar but don't expect super service as it is inside and they don't have waiters coming out to check on you but the walk is super short. Rooms are roomy and nice, updated bathrooms as well. Breakfast is also nice with a large selection.
Great location, easy walking distance from a lot of Hanoi central. Very busy streets but just why we came. Staff are wonderfull, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Nice place to stay
