The food exceeded our expectations—especially the buttermilk, which was absolutely delicious! We truly enjoyed it after dinner. 4. Great service! Enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Great view of the Himalayas from the rooms. Rooftop also available with 360 degree view of the mountain ranges. Devender Rana being the torchbearer of the hotel service staff took every suggestion and tried to solve all the problems that we might have been facing. Also, excellent food throughout. ⸻ We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Kanatal. The location is peaceful, and the staff was decent and responsive. As I was travelling with elderly family members, we had initially been given rooms on the second floor, but upon request, the team kindly shifted us to the first floor and even upgraded us to a spacious family room — which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. The food was simple but satisfactory, and all the faucets and wash areas were clean and functional. However, we did notice pests in the room and bathroom, which should definitely be addressed for a more hygienic and comfortable experience. With some improvements in pest control, this can be a great option for a quiet and relaxing getaway, especially for families.
