La Seine Hotel

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very well located on the banks of the Mekong, the breakfasts are excellent, and if you have a room with a river view, one of the best things is to sit on the balcony and look out onto the river bank at night. Staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

I had the chance to stay at this gem of a hotel for two nights with my wife. We had a wonderful time. The staff is incredible, especially Dany who took great care of us during the stay. The room we got was perfect: very comfortable bed, minibar, great shower and very good and adjustable AC as well as good WiFi. The lounge wine and spirits selection is beyond most high end hotels anywhere in the world. They also make fantastic coffees, I don’t think I’ve ever had that many hearts in my mocha before. The rooftop restaurant and bar had good food and great live music. The only part that was a little off putting for me as someone with misophonia was when the singer handed the microphone to a local businessman who was well into his quota of beerlaos. In the brief minute that ensued I died a thousand deaths before i was once again resurrected by the sweet angelic tones of the professional singer. I can recommend this place whole heartedly.

I had such an amazing time at this hotel. All the staff take the utmost care. The food is fabulous and the rooms are very luxurious, which I desperately needed after a fairly awful time at my previous hotel. The beds are soft and comfortable and the huge bathtub was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
