Our Stay at Lacol was exceptional! Perfect location, close to all nearby spots like national park entrance, primo piazza, Hokkaido Flower Park, 7/11, Cafes etc. The hotel is very well maintained, tidy with spacious rooms, clean amenities and beautifully decorated. The view is quite good as well with spacious balcony. Extra bonus points to the amazing variety of spread at breakfast and the hospitality of the staff. Mr Nice was super Nice!! Everybody was highly attentive, friendly and warm. As vegetarians, we find it hard to get good breakfast options, however the staff at Lacol ensured we had plenty choices and they made vegetarian dishes especially for us. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️ We really enjoyed our stay.
We had a lovely stay at this place for two nights. It was recommended to us by a friend who had stayed here before. The price was really good for what we got. The staff were polite, lovely, and very helpful. Our room was big and clean, with plenty of natural light and blackout curtains if that's what you prefer. We had a nice mountain view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a pool view from the balcony. The air con was cool and comfortable, and even the shampoo and shower gel were the expensive kind. The breakfast selection was great, there was something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the Asian/Thai options. I'd definitely stay again!
I enjoyed my stay at the residences, which offer pet-friendly limited rooms—great for travelers with small pets like my Pomeranian. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more pleasant. The main swimming pool was beautifully decorated and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection was quite good, offering a variety of options to start the day. The only minor drawback was that my little Pomeranian wasn't allowed in the main dining room for breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a lovely place with welcoming staff and a comfortable environment—perfect for pet owners looking for a relaxing getaway.
