Laguna Beach Alya Resort & SPA All Inclusive

We had a rest with the family from August 11 to 18 in this hotel. I would like to express special gratitude to the staff, waiters, bartenders, cleaners and cooks who work a lot, hard and efficiently doing their job. The hotel is in perfect cleanliness, but the cleaning of the rooms is not very good. There is a lot of food in the White restaurant, but not everyone may like very salty and spicy dishes, but my wife, son and I were able to find something for ourselves. The Black restaurant seemed tastier to us. The pools are cool, clean, with excellent water, however, in the morning all the sun loungers are occupied, although a request not to book sun loungers is posted everywhere in a prominent place, this is already on the conscience of the vacationers themselves. There are two slides, which unfortunately only work from 10 am to 4 pm. The show programs with the participation of the girls hosts are weak, it is obvious that they are just doing their job, visiting artists performing in the evening shows are great. The children's room, which is called the mini club, is located under the hotel, it is stuffy, damp and there is nothing for the child to do. Children's programs and animation are very weak, if it were not for the pools, you can get bored with children here. The children's disco is also very weak. I would like more animation for children and morning exercises. The beach is sandy and pebbly, you can't really walk around barefoot, the sun loungers on the beach already need to be replaced. The bar on the beach is super, the bartenders, waiters and cooks are great, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay on the beach. In the end, we liked our stay at this hotel, and we want to express our gratitude to the entire staff of this hotel!

Great hotel. Our room was stunning. Catered for our infant by providing a cot. Room was clean and comfortable and classy. We had all inclusive which included a lot of things including breakfast lunch and dinner, drinks throughout the day, access to swimming pool and beach and also a cafe. The food was decent. Located near to the bazaar for souvenir shopping and also many buses to take us elsewhere. Only downside is they don’t have irons but luckily we didn’t need too much, but just bear in mind.

The hotel looks beautiful from the outside – clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. The food is decent and what you’d expect from a typical all-inclusive hotel. A nice bonus: there’s fresh grilling by the pool every day. The waitstaff at both the bar and restaurant are amazing – super friendly, funny, and always in a good mood. Big compliments to them! However, there are some major downsides: • Entertainment is very poor. The animation team seems unmotivated, the daily program repeats itself with no variety, and the animators speak almost only Russian – barely any English and no Turkish. They don’t interact much with guests and often appear disinterested. • Evening shows are mostly in Russian, with little or no English translation. Most announcements and music are also in Russian, which clearly shows that the entertainment is heavily geared toward Russian-speaking guests. • Music: During the day it’s repetitive, and in the evening it’s only louder from 23:00 to 23:30. After that, the music stops completely – too short for any real evening atmosphere. • Bar: Alcohol is only available until 24:00. The hotel is visually impressive, and the service staff is excellent. But the entertainment is a real disappointment – uninspired, repetitive, and clearly focused on Russian guests. If you don’t speak Russian, you’ll likely feel left out. Recommended only for those who care more about looks and service than entertainment.
