73F/23C is the lowest all rooms will get to. On high the air trickles out when working. I have stayed here on 2 separate occasions and had to change rooms both times due to air conditioners not working, if you like to sleep warm to hot this is the place for you. Staff is great and put up with my broken Spanish.

Overall a decent hotel for the price paid. The first night we arrived we were given a room without working AC. After notifying reception of the problem we were given a fan and had the window opened but were told the AC was not working and maybe the next day we could get a new room. The following day the AC still was not working so we went back to reception, and again were told that maybe the next day we could get a new room. However after some back-and-forth we were offered a new room that day. After switching rooms we had no problems for the rest of our stay.

I was on a business trip and stayed in hotel. First night we were flying early to another city and I told that we won't be able to have breakfast and asked for sandwich. They told that they can't do that, maybe only sell, which is weird. Also they gave us rooms near air condition room and there was too much noise so we asked to change the room, but when we came we couldn't change it, so we stayed one more night in that room and next day they finally changed it. Also someone came to see me for one hour but they didn't let this person to come inside and asked for money. They told that this is protocol for security, but I still dint understand how one hour guest's money will help with security. I travel all around the world but this is the worst hotel I stayed in. Never recommend to anyone, unless if you like to be humiliated...
