What a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are nicely appointed and very comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We took a boat ride to see hippos, which was an great experience. Denis took us on a nature walk that was amazing. He was knowledgeable and found all the animals for us.
We had a very pleasant stay! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always helpful. The location is excellent, with a beautiful outdoor area to enjoy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the live piano music during dinner — such a nice touch. Our experience at the hotel was wonderful; the kindness and warmth of the entire staff is fantastic. The room is excellent, and the view of the lake is priceless. The best part was returning from dinner, when we were surprised by giraffes, zebras, and donkeys that passed by and ate right next to us. It's priceless. It's a paradise. Thank you so much.
