We attended a retreat hosted by friends visiting from the States, and the resort truly impressed us. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out—attentive, respectful, and incredibly warm. There were moments when our American habits—how we ate, played, and expected everything on demand—made me feel a bit self-conscious. Yet the staff handled everything gracefully and professionally. Huge thanks to them for their patience and poise! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the pool was a standout feature—rivaled only by the golf course. Great views and peaceful. And the food? I told myself I’d stick to just two meals a day, but every time I caught a glimpse of what was on the menu… well, restraint went out the window. If you’re headed to one of the conference rooms, fair warning: the air conditioning is no joke. 🧊 Pack a long sleeve or something to keep cozy.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights for 10 years wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel welcomed us with warm welcome words on our bedroom. My son enjoyed using the hotel facilities such as jacuzzi, swimming pool, kids club and activities zone. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel isn't located next to the beach, but with golf course scenery and mountain behind, we are satisfied, and will come back next time.

Didn't stayed at the hotel but did played there twice and both times the caddies left me with bad impression. The first one seemed to be lacking caddying experience and wasn't very enthusiastic about her job, while the second one with more caddying experience seemed to be rushing to get home early! I'm a 9 handicap and was playing single on that day. In addition, the course teaching pro (I was told) had a little arrogance attitude. On the positive side everyone else I met were kind. I hope things improve the next time I visit or it will be my last!
